When we initially acquired this property, it required significant enhancements to meet our high-quality standards. Recognising the potential, the landlord seized the opportunity to benefit from our guaranteed rent service. We are proud to say that we not only met but exceeded expectations. The living room underwent a complete transformation, now boasting energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures in both the ceiling and as accent lights around the room. A state-of-the-art 50" Smart TV has been installed for entertainment purposes. The walls have been freshly repainted and furnished with brand new, stylish furniture, ensuring a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living space for all our guests.

The master bedroom initially presented a weary and rundown appearance. The lighting fixtures were precariously held together by their own wiring, and the walls were crying out for a fresh splash of colour.

The master bedroom, initially appearing tired and worn, has been revitalized with our signature touch. It now features a versatile king-size bed that can be easily separated into twin beds to accommodate our clients' needs. We've also added a dedicated desk space, perfect for those working from home, and a sleek, open wardrobe design for a clean and spacious feel.

The spare bedrooms told a similar tale, each in need of a rejuvenating uplift. One room had been sporting the same wallpaper for a decade! The wooden doors throughout the property were showing signs of wear and tear, calling for some much-needed refurbishment. The space was ripe for a transformation, ready to be maximized and brought back to life.

Once again, we transformed this space into a cozy home away from home for our clients. The room now features new light fixtures, an open wardrobe space, and a super comfortable double bed. We repaired and painted the wooden fixtures to align with our clean, modern aesthetic. It's a space we're truly proud of and one we're sure our clients will appreciate!

While the bathroom was in relatively better condition compared to the other rooms we renovated, we still made a few minor changes. These subtle enhancements resulted in a significant transformation, proving that even small changes can make a HUGE difference.

Our first step was to give the entire bathroom a thorough deep clean, ensuring the removal of all tar residue and other contaminants. We steam cleaned the tiles on both the floor and walls, bringing them back to their original shine. The bath panel was rejuvenated with a fresh coat of stunning gloss white paint, which helped to open up the space. We replaced all the seals around the shower enclosure and upgraded the outdated shower system with a new Mira head and support. The old lighting system, unfortunately not suitable for bathrooms, was replaced with new energy-efficient, bright, and IPX-rated LED units. Finally, the addition of a new mirror cabinet and towel rail, along with some decorative touches, truly brought the space to life.
